[Windows SIG] XP Service Pack 3 update - Just Do It!!!

OK, I have firsthand knowledge of the problem existing with desktops. The
key is HP with AMD processors laptop and desktops.

I have installed SP-3 on 2 machines (3 WinXP versions/boots) with
no problems so far. 

The only problems I've read about relate to certain HP laptops.
Brian Livingston of Windows Secrets has the details. If you're not
signed up with them and donating $$$, then it might not be
available to you but the word is definitely out. Look for it on
ArsTechnica or PCComputing.
