[Windows SIG] Taskbar Groups

I would like to group items (tiles?) on my Windows (XP Home) taskbar by groups that I define as opposed to "Group similar taskbar buttons" option.  I downloaded Microsoft Research's Groupbar for a while, but couldn't ever figure out how to launch/use it!  What programs has anyone else used how well do you like it?
