Not publically available until Apr 29th.
If you have a subscription to MSDN or TechNet, the upgrade is
available for download though I hear it's as large as 400MB depending
on the version you want/need.
Please don't quote me but, memory reminds me that... tests of the RTM
candidates showed a slight increase in speed (about 10%). And, except
for the problems that were reported, the recommendations were mostly
that it was (a) long overdue, (b) greatly valued because it replaces
the 100+ patches since SP-2 and (c) actually seems to work.
As usual, I'm going to go with Brian Livingston's recommendation (if I
can find it). The first part of which is: "Wait for the early adopters
do the final beta testing for us and then go with the
result/recommendations they advise."
