Hello All: 

Many pardons if you receive two copies of this notice but it's been
very helpful to me both in supporting the Windows and MS Office SIGs.
It comes out once or twice a month and I've used it in the past to
point you to their best downloads. This time, I'm just cutting out the
extraneous parts and leaving the parts that pertain to those two SIGs.
