[Windows SIG] Fw: Outlook Express Forwarding Problem

The webmail lets you access e-mails that are stored on the
austin.rr.com server. When you use Outlook Express, it is moving
those e-mails onto your computer and removing them from the server.
So you can preview what Outlook Express will download by looking at
the webmail first.
How did you set up these other 3 emails? Through a web interface, or
by contacting Time Warner on the phone? I don't know anything about
Time Warner specifically.
Can you log into each specific email address on through the webmail interface?
When it asks for your user id, I would assume that Grangerb is your
main account and that works. But can you change the userid to
Grangercp, Granger32, and Granger 4301? If not, did you get login
information for those e-mail accounts? Presumably, the main idea of
those accounts is that everyone in the family can have their own
personal e-mail account, so there should be a way to log in to each
one individually.
The other possibility is that maybe you signed up for a forwarding
e-mail address. So it doesn't really give you a new mailbox, but just
another name that people can use the access your main account. I
don't know if TW offers that, but some places do. If you signed up
through the same people you're getting tech help from, then it's
definately possible they didn't make it clear.
