Hello all:

Attached, you'll find copies of the July 2006 Board Meeting Minutes for
review and correction.

I've digitally signed the email to make it easier to get through the
various filters at our ISPs. You will likely see extra attachments -- a
digital signature file )(SMIME.P7), and one or more files containing the
meeting minutes and attachments. I figure if they can find me at VeriSign,
they'll figure I'm not sending spam -- just a lot of letters and
attachments that look exactly the same, sent to multiple people at their
email domains.

Please let me know if you have any additional changes or additions so I
can get them fixed to final form and ready for the next board meeting.
