Steve has informed us that that there have been changes at UT.
We are currently paying $205/month for room 2.120.  That room is
being altered to seat a larger number of people (@$280/month).
Room 2.122, which has seating for 60, will go up in price to
$245.  Steve has been asked to approve our changing to 2.122.
This topic will be discussed at the BOD meeting, but the Thompson
Center needs a decision about September from us before that
meeting.

I believe that, because of the immediacy of this decision, Steve
is already authorized to commit to room 2.122 @ $245.  However,
please post your approval of OK'ing September (or your
disapproval and proposed alternative) as soon as possible, so
Steve will feel comfortable calling UT back.
